Should I use Artic Silver Ceramique or the Cryorig paste that came with my cooler?

I bought Ceramique not thinking that my heatsink came with some thermal paste (cryorig h7).

Any opinions on which would work better, or will it even matter?? Thanks!

Considering how old the Arctic Silver is to this day, I'd suggest using the paste bundled with your Cryorig cooler since the Arctic Silver might have aged being on the shelf for so long. On another note you could experiment and try the Ceramique and see if the temps are favorable.

Might I ask what your full system's specs are inclusive of your chassis?

TIM application wise, you should apply a pea sized amount of on the IHS center and allow the weight and mounting of the aftermarket heatsink to spread it across the CPU.
