Question Should i use both 4pin cpu headers?

I have i7 870 and p7h55m pro and on this motherboard there is little plastic thing in the other 4 headers so im using only 4, and i have never seen anyone who doesnt use all of them, is this bad? I just noticed this after 3 years. And also should i always use all cpu power headers no matter what cpu and motherboard?

id recommend using all. I used it for all of mine and it will not fry the CPU, they have voltage control for a reason.
