Hello!
I'm building a new pc, and its my first build. I'd like to know if i should use both JPWR connectors on my Msi X99a sli krait edition motherboard. My corsair rm850i has two 4+4 pin EPS/ATX12V cables, so it is possible to plug both of them in. I've already plugged in the 8-pin.

The CPU will be either an i7 5930k or the broadwell 8 core i7, depending on price.

Solution
The extra 4 pin found alongside the 8 pin EPS connector is for additional power delivery to the CPU socket area. It'd be a good idea to have the 8 pin connected an if you have a spare connector then you can populate the 4 pin EPS as well or add a molex/sata to 4 pin EPS adapter.

JPWR1 is the 24pin connector to your motherboard which is mandatory!
JPWR2 is the 8 pin EPS - which is also mandatory.
J{WR3 is the 4 pin next to the 8 pin which is secondary/optional but will help in giving more power.

I'd connect all of them if the connectors are found on your PSU. I'd also follow through this guide while building your PC for the first time.
