i would use UEFI.
If you installing win 10 on a new PC, it prefers EUFI (or really, it prefers GPT)
its the future or the present... really, as legacy stopped being made 11 years ago.

All new bios are UEFI BIOS anyway. Your question is more about should I use MBR or GPT. And it stays the same, use GPT/UEFI

if you ever get a ssd or NVME that is bigger than 2.2tb you need UEFI/GPT as MBR cannot access more than that.

no need to switch, the motherboard should be set up for it now anyway.. if its new? just run the installer and win 10 should use UEFI.
