Question Should I use LLC on an Overclock?

Is it fine I don’t use a LLC on my overclock? So far I found out that I’m able to run stable 4.9 GHz @ 1.24V on my 9900K paired with a Maximus X Hero simply by removing all the power limits from the CPU and setting a specific Vcore and Multiplier.

Of course I will try to see if I can run it even lower than that.

I’m also able to pass successfully the Intel Burn Test at 1.24V @ 5GHz without a LLC.

Thanks in advance

Usually what I've read/heard, LLC does not matter on more than lets say 4.7/4.8Ghz overclock for 8700K usually beyond that is good to use it.

If you know what LLC does, then you might know when to use it, for instance when there is high voltage drop on Vcore.
(Fyi it might be wrong answer)

Have you used HWwin64 or CPUID HWmonitor when you run some benchmarks, or stress test your OC? You should be able (probably) to get 5.0ghz at that voltage. But keep an eye on your vcore, if it is missing the target set, or overshooting it while under heavy load, you can tweak this with LLC. LLC is good to use to help prevent crashing when running higher OC with higher voltage
