Question Should I use my old 460W PSU for my new build?

I have Cooler Master Elite 460W power supply back from 2012 and it was used for like 2-3 years.
It does turn on & but don't know the credibility of the supply unit.

My new build would be-
i5 9400f
RX 5700
1 TB 7200RPM
16GB 3200MHz DDR4 RAM
No SSD
Any Cheap compatible Motherboard
No Case fans [ Planning on an open build ]
Display - 42inch Led TV

I also have a spare PSU from way back 2007 [Working] [ 450W but super low efficiency]

Should I get a new PSU or combine both old ones
Is the build right [ Pure Gaming, absolutely nothing else]

Thanks!

Do you want to put the tires from your 1987 Yugo on your 2020 Corvette?

Wait.. you have Cooler Master's cheapest, least efficient PSU.... and you actually have an even less efficient PSU?!?!?!

You should get a new, better PSU and stop playing Russian roulette with your PC parts.

Interesting post.....

To answer the question.

No freaking way, get a new good quality PSU if you value your PC in anyway.
