Hi guys,

Quick question I was hoping someone knowledgeable would help me with?

I am going to be moving from a dell optiplex 390 to an optiplex 7010 in a few days and I'm trying to decide whether I would be better off moving the graphics card over (NVidea GeForce GT 710 - 1GB) or just using the onboard graphics (Intel® HD Graphics 4000). I won't be gaming or anything - just watching youtube, netflix, and the odd bit of office work. If using a dedicated GPU will take the load off the CPU significantly then i'll move it over, else i'm happy to use the onboard one, and just sell the 390 with the graphics card.

Thanks!

If you have integrated graphics, then there's very limited use for GT710.
It would make sense using it only, if you need to connect additional monitors and all the onboard video outputs are used already.
