I am upgrading my CPU to a FX 8350. The current CPU cooler I have in my system is the Asktek LCLC, which I got as a free upgrade with my system. I was wondering which cooler should I use the LCLC or the stock? Also I read the stock heatsink comes with thermal pad already on it, so if I use that should I keep that one or go with the Arctic Silver I ordered with my CPU.

The stock amd cooler is reputedly crap. Noisy and not effective if you oc.
Use your asktek. Keep the artic silver, you will need it to remount your liquid cooler.
For best cpu cooling locate the radiator to draw in cold air from the outside.
But, this is not so good for the motherboard and graphics cards.
You might want to rethink your plan.
This chart indicates your motherboard is not fit for a FX8 with overclocking in mind:

I wasn't planning on overclocking so I'm not worried about my board not being good for that.
