Should I use the gts250 as physx card w/gtx670

I just realised I have got a gts250 lying down under my bed for the past couple of years. Now I am thinking what if I used that gts250 as a dedicated physx card for my main rig. I would certainly love to use that card for something but my main concern is the possible bottleneck. I remember reading somewhere if the secondary gpu is weak, then it actually hinders the performance instead of helping. So I dont want to sacrifice my performance for the sake of using an old gpu.

SO, WILL A GTS 250 BOTTLENECK THE GTX670 IF I USED IT AS PHYSX CARD?

The games I am going to play in the next few months - Far Cry 3, Crysis 3

Neither of those games use Physx and a 250 will massively bottleneck.

I think I read somewhere a top end GPU needs a 460 or there abouts to have worthwhile improvements.

From what iv heard using a second car as physx is just a waist.
Any one who could confirm this?

I had 2 680's. 1 4gb and 2gb, used the 2gb to physx as they dont go togehter in sli without unstable third party software.
I gained 0 fps, might be becuse skyrim dosnt use physX?

Yes it will bottleneck for sure
