Should I use the Stock cooler or/and cpu cooler

Hey. Im new to pc building and I was wondering, for the best preformance, should I use the stock cooler or the cooler master shown in the build? Thanks. P.S. Sorry if this is a stupid question lol.

You would only need the aftermarket cooler if you were base overclocking that processor. If you weren't going to do that, or do it later, then you wouldn't need to purchase it now.

My goal is to play 1080p 60fps on almost any modern game at Ultra. Someone suggested that I buy that, but do I really need it? If not please let me know.
