should i use watercooling for gpu or cpu?

Solution
Are you overclocking? If so, you could argue that it would help for both the CPU and GPU. I have an I7-5820k, which is a hex core overclocked to 4.0GHz. I put a liquid cooler on my CPU, and I have an air cooled 1080ti that runs at 2GHz. Liquid on my card would most likely let me go a little higher than 2GHz, but my temps on my card rarely go about 75c with a properly set fan curve. Nobody really "NEEDS" to liquid cool, it just lets you get a little bit of extra performance out of your hardware. Then you have to justify whether the performance increase is worth the extra money that comes with the cooler.

i searched for loop but i asked here and they told me that i shouldnt do it with this specs and i should change my chasis too, so i am thinkin on aio for cpu or gpu ::/

Do the AIO on the CPU. It's much easier than doing it with a gpu

yea but is not for easy is about wich is more hottest, i will buy the h100iv2 i think

Neither of those items need to be liquid cooled. The only time you really need liquid cooling is for overclocking, and since the i7-7700 (non-K) is not overclockable it won't make too big of a difference at all.

If you are doing it for bragging rights or just to say that you did it, go with an AIO CPU cooler, these are the easiest to install. A liquid cooled 1080ti would be cool.

ony of my gtx 760 get toaested and my cpu is 7700k xdd

I'd recommend upgrading your 760, rather than trying to water cool it. The H100i v2 is a great AIO for the i7-7700k.

Ok and when I upgrade to 1080 u recommend me to cooler than or the CPU?
