When I enter bios an go to advanced memory setting there is something xmp profile that is disabled by default and the speed is 2133 mhz, when I click profile 1 the speed is 3000mhz.Should I stay on disabled or should I use progile 1?

Profile 1.

But, you will probably need to enable Profile 1 and THEN, BEFORE you save settings and exit the BIOS, manually change the memory speed to 2933mhz. Ryzen does not like 3000mhz, so either running at 2933mhz or if you have a higher speed kit that is capable of 3200mhz, either option avoids that. Since yours is 3000mhz, running at 2933mhz is a very minimal reduction that will make no real difference at all except that it will likely actually RUN at that speed. Also, what is the exact model of your memory kit? If you have a memory kit with primary odd numbered timings, you may need to change them to even numbered timings. So for many kits that are CL15, say for example, 15-15-15-35, you might need to make adjustments to the timings so that they are set to 16-16-16-36 or 16-18-18-38, something along those lines. But only worry about that IF it doesn't automatically work itself out after changing the speed to 2933mhz.
