Should I wait for Haswell?

I've been waiting months for my new PC, and am really excited. I will be getting it in a few days. I'll be getting the i5 3570k+MOBO for $240. Which is a great deal (asrock pro3) at microcenter. Will micro-center have a similar sale with Haswell? I heard that Haswell doesn't really make a difference with desktops processors, because it focuses more on power-saving.

Any ideas?

For a desktop, probably not that big of a deal. The i5 deal is a cheapie and I doubt Haswell will be on sale right at launch or have any deals at all.

For a laptop, with the better graphics chip, low power, lower c-states, etc, might mean great battery life and a good onboard graphics.

Go by your new computer and have fun. You can always wait until the next thing, forever and ever. Just get it and play!

Like getochkn said; for desktop just buy now. For laptop wait for Haswell.
