Hello I want to upgrade my current PC setup and I want your opinion.

Here is my current build:
Case: Thermaltake Chaser A31 VP300A1W2N Midi Tower
Extra fan: Noctua NF-F12 pwm chromaxblack 120mm
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770 3.4 GHz
Motherboard: Asus Socket 1150 Z87-A
GPU: ASUS ROG Strix Radeon Rx 470 4GB OC Edition
Cpu Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X 8GB DDR3 Non ECC CL9 2133MHz (F3-2133C9D-8GXL) (Kit 2 x 4096)
PSU: Seasonic G SSR-550RM
HDD: Western Digital 1TB Caviar Blue WD10EZEX SATA III 7200rpm 64MB
SSD: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 250GB
CD/DVD Burner: Lite On DVD RW IHAS124-04
Monitor: Asus VN247H-P 23.6’’

#1. I want to upgrade my CPU, Motherboard and RAM.
I am using Photoshop, I am not play games anymore.
I want my choice be Value for Money.

Here is what I am thinking to buy (also I include the prices in my country):
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600 6-Core 3.6 GHz (4.2 GHz Max Boost) “189,87€”
Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX AM4 “86,97€”
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Model F4-3200C16D-16GVKB “64,93€”

And Maybe Cpu Cooler:
ARCTIC Freezer 34 eSports DUO (maybe stay with stock cooling as I am not planning to overclock at this moment as I don’t need it) “35,84 €”

My questions are:
#2. Should I wait the b550 motherboard? Or just go for the b450? Think that the b550 motherboards will come in my country stores after 1 month from the release date.

#3. And if you believe I should change something from the parts I am thinking to buy, then suggest me.

Best Regards,
Chris.

Looks like a good upgrade and B450 boards are fine unless you need the PCIe 4.0 support. No overclocking the bundled cooler is fine. I would consider the MSI Tomahawk max B450 board which is considered the most quality/value of the B450 boards.
