Should I wait next gen or... (Gamer/Photographer/Designer/Developer Build)

So I'm planning to build a new PC, my current PC is an i7 4770K OC@4.1 - 16GB RAM but I'm having troubles since is getting bluescreens and crashes on games. I'll be reusing my ZOTAC 1080 TI Mini.

I'll be using this PC for everything, gaming, editing, developing and designing (no 3D Design ATM)

ALREADY HAVE:

  • 1080 TI
    NZXT H200I
    NZXT E850 PSU
    SSD 500 GB

TO BUY:

  • i7 8700 K or i5 8600 K w/ ASUS Z370-I
    i7 9700 K or i5 9600 K w/ ASUS Z390-I
    NZXT Kraken x62
    Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR4 3200MHz
    Samsung 970 EVO 500GB - NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 SSD (MZ-V7E500BW)

I'm worried about future proof. I know this "future proof" concept is just a myth in PC related topics but what do you guys think / recommend?
Maybe buy something cheaper and save for a future gen processor and DDR5 RAM?
Or maybe jsut go full with 9/8 gen?

Thank you in advance everyone!

What should I do?

Already did try to fix it, nothing worked, un-OC, change drive, wipe clean installation, etc.
