Hi I have my pc coming in the mail and am building money for my gpu I have a 4960k Rn and I can't decide f I should wait for pascel and artic from and and nvidia or just buy an r9 390 in January plz help

There's always something new on the horizon. Waiting will always bring something better. The question is if there are things you could be doing now that you value that you cannot currently do - if so, buy now, if not, wait.
