Should I water cool more than just the CPU on the motherboard?

I am building a new water cooled case for my 1366 motherboard, which will be upgraded later to either an 1150 or 2011 v.3 system. Do I need to water cool the CPU only? Or should I design to cool other components (e.g. voltage regulator, 1366-Northbridge) on the motherboard?
