Should I worry about OCCT temps?

I have a 4790K that I'd like to OC. The temps reach 100c at 1.25V on the Vcore under OCCT large data set. I have an H105 cooler from Corsair. Bought it refurbished 2 years ago so no more warranty. Under realbench temperatures stay in the high 60's and creep into the low 70's but it always goes back into the 60's after a few seconds of the fans spinning up. The CPU is running at 4.6GHz and the cooler is set to silent mode. Which I may change to turbo. Intel XTU stays in the lower 60's when stress testing. I test encoded a video on handbrake and 75c max temp with temps staying around the 72c mark.

OCCT and programs like that load system to it's fullest and I doubt any normal programs/games can do that. If you are stable with good temps in most apps/games, no need to push it with torture programs.
