should I worry if my cpu is 65c idle?

Hey Tom's hardware, so I recently finished my first build (yay!!) However I went into bios to make sure everything was running compadre and span and I noticed my cpu was running at a solid 63~65c. I am using a cooler master elite 130 which is pretty small but I'm worried it won't be up to the task when I add in a gtx 770 and run games like bf4 or last light on 1080 ultra. Should I just eat the 100$ and get a water cooler or is this nothing to worry about?

My rig is:
Asrock h97 m-itx
I5 4690
Corshair vengeance 8GB 1600 kHz
Corshair 750 m
Samsung 120gb ssd
Western digital 1tb hdd
Soon:gtx770

I didn't apply any additional thermal paste, and am using a stock cooler. So thermal pate will be my first shot at getting things down to a better temp, I will update tonight once I have reinstalled cooler with new paste. Thanks guys!

Ok, so I took everything apart cleaned the cpu/heatsink and applied some cooler master thermal fusion 400 (rice grain technique?) and now it's hanging out between 47c~50c idle but I have to have the cpu fan full speed. It seems way more manageable temperature wise but I still feel that's high for idle. Is this just me being over protective lol?

Any suggestions on a demanding program? I haven't run any tests other than monitoring the cpu temp after the initial build and installing windows.

I also feel way better about the temp being under 60, thanks for the help!

So I downloaded Core temp to monitor what's going on and I am running anywhere from 32c~35c on all 4 cores, Which I think is way better.

I ran prime 95 and within 5 minutes my temps shot up to about 70c and kept climbing so I got scared and stopped the test.

Are these average results?
