Should my fans be the same RPM on my cooler?

Alright so im getting a 240mm cooler, and im gonna buy two extra fans, gonna have a push pull system. Should I have the fans to have the same fan curve or something so they are pushing the same amount of air? And should I have the ones that came with it pulling air through or pushing.

I would use stock fans to push thru rad and out, that way you can use any fans with same or higher capacity for other side as pull and out of case. Like that you don't need specialty (high pressure) fans.
