Hi, Ive been having issues with my first build, it has never posted, kept on boot looping (turning on for 5 sec then back off repeated infinitely) I had returned my ram, mobo, and now ive wondered if it was the PSU, I tried plugging in a fan hub with nothing in the system besides the psu and new fans these fans plug into a hub and that hub goes into the psu using a sata cable connection, but after many attempts it wouldnt work, also i dont know if my psu fan is supposed to even spin because mine has never spun , (Corsair Cx650) any help i could get would be greatly appreciated , Thanks! ( The fans are controlled via remote controller heres the link https://www.amazon.com/upHere-Intelligent-Addressable-Adjustable-Controller/ )

No PSU is going to start with just fans plugged in. The motherboard tells the PSU to turn on with the PS_ON signal.

You can cheat though : http://jongerow.com/PSU_test/index.html
