Should my ROG 1080 strix fit on an Asus ROG strix z270h motherboard?

Recently purchased a new pc. Is the gpu too long for the pcie slot?

It will fit on the board , just make sure it fits in your case.

Make sure you remove the PCIE slot grill when adding it in.
Only part of the card actually connects to the PCIE slot, the rest just hangs there.
