Should My Video Look Like This?

Hi, I have published a video on Youtube, And it looks soo bad. The same file that is on my computer looks about 10x better than the one on YouTube, And Even when I play it at 720p, It just looks as if I'm playing on 360p or 480p. Other Gaming Youtubers Walkthroughs look soo great, I don't know why my video has to be so bad in quality.. Heres the link:

I made my Video with Fraps And Edited it with Avidemux, Then Rendered using Xvid. Please Help Me!

If I were you, I'd try using another program to render your videos. Personally, I use Sony Vegas but other options include Premiere and Camtasia. Are your export settings 720p as well? If they are, up the bit rate and it should look better.

Thanks for your reply. I know I'm replying REALLY late, but the thing is Rendering the worse in Camtasia (10x worse). I used to edit the videos in Camtasia, Then render them in full frames i.e, Uncompressed, And then render them in Avidemux using Xvid.. Well, I'm going to increase the bit rate now, I wasn't sure what it was before, But after a few hours of searching online, I think I now know what it is, So thanks again!
