Should my voltage drop like this?

When my cpu is under no load, my 12 volt voltage is about 12.168v, but when under full load (like a game) the 12v line drops to about 12.024v, is this normal?

CPU: AMD A10 6800K @4.8 GHz
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 500W

This psu has dual 12v rails
12v1: 18 amp
12v2: 17 amp

It's within ±5% (11.4V to 12.6V); therefore it's absolutely normal.

Nice OC on that 6800K!

The voltage drop (or 'VDroop' and/or 'Ripple') is perfectly normal.

You may use OCCT to chart the volt delivery across your build during 'load' if you have any worries. It's brutal, but is an excellent test for stability.
