[SOLVED] Should The Witcher 3 really look like this?

Hey, So I've been playing The witcher 3 for quite some time now but recently I started watching others play it and I've noticed my game doesn't look as good as theirs. It bugs me that I play on max settings and i'm not getting the same experience to someone who is also on max settings. My specs are as follows:

asus prime a320m-k
Gtx 1060 6gb,
Ryzen 2200g,
16gb 2600mhz ddr4


My FPS in game averages out at about 70-80 on max with hair works at low. I just feel as if anti aliasing and the graphics alone are all really low and Im not getting the full experience I should be on max.

Probably mods; there's a ton of mods out there that makes the game look significantly better.
