Should this heatsink size be able to fit my Mobo?

Im not quite sure how to measure the dimensions of the heatsink for my mobo. I'm afraid it may conflict with the space of the RAM or the EVO heatsink under it, though i think it will fit over that based on the shape of it.

I doubt you'll have any issues. That is a pretty compact design. You can download the manual for the heatsink here. The manual has clearance dimensions and has instructions for mounting. It appears you can mount it in any of 4 directions.

Thanks for the info but i went for a hyper 212 evo instead
only i got nervous when installing this one because i knew it was going to be really close from how tall it is. fit with hardly any space left at all lol
