Should this memory work with most motherboards?

Building my father a decent computer. I have most of the parts except the motherboard. I'm putting an FX 6300 in it. So will pretty much any AMD 3+ motherboard work? This is the memory is from his old computer. He only games a little so premium memory isn't necessary. He has one 4GB stick and one 2GB stick.

Yes, it a1333, most people consider enry level as at 1600 for DRAM, but should be fine. It's unbuffered and Non-ECC which is what the AM3+ mobos call for
