should you turn off graphics card overclock while idle?

so I managed to overclock my gtx 960 to these levels:
core voltage: 50 mV
Power limit: 108%
Core voltage: +115 mHz
Memory clock: +360 mHz
Fan speed: 80% (kinda audible)
Max temp: 83 degrees celsius

should I turn off overclock when my comp's idle? Im kinda worried if the increased power to the graphics card will shorten it's overall lifespan...

Gpu 's drop to 2d clocks when idling or used at low usage
You shouldn't need to do anything to make by his happen , your overclock settings should only come into play when gaming.
