Shouldn't I be able to connect to the internet on my android phone with wifi turned off

Internet connection problem. When I'm at a park I'm not able to connect to the internet unless wifi is turned on. Is something going on with my service?

It sounds like your cellular provider is not giving you data service. You need to contact your cellular provider.

You may have a setting called cellular data turned off for the browser. Look in the settings for the app.
