Shouldn't my PC run BF1 easily ?

Hi there,

I really thought that my pc will run bf 1 very smooth on ultra on 1080p@60hz. (btw i overclocked my monitor to 71hz)

i use,
win 10 pro x64
fx 8350
8gb ram
rx 480 gaming x 8 gb

i have 210gb free space as well idk if that makes any difference, but if i try to play the game on ultra, i wont get 60fps, and game feels sluggish. even sometimes on medium-high setting i have the same problem.
How can i check to figure out what the problem is, i'm not an expert, so any help is greatly appreciated.

BF1 is a very demanding game, especially on processors.
Any FX processor is not suited for running BF1 on ultra, or otherwise heavy in game situations.

Humm i always thought that fx 8350 can do well with bf1, so before all is it better to upgrade the cpu? If so, what will be the best for price/performance

Something like a 7600k or 7700k would be ideal, but even a 7500 would be good.

when i built my set up i did all amd compatible, wouldnt intel effect the rest?

The only thing you would need to change is the motherboard and RAM (which you would need to do anyway)

Yes, you would need to replace the CPU, Motherboard and RAM all in one go.
