show app notification is disabled (greyed out)

it started doing this suddenly a week ago.In settings it says 'some settings are managed by your organisation' on top of quick action in notification & actions.

I think it is caused by bitdefender total security 2016.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue.

system spec:-
Dell inspiron15 3542
intel i5 4210u
NVidia 840m
windows 10 home single language.

Please do try these guide that may help in solving the issue that worked with others.

- Click Start then go to Settings.
- Click Privacy then Feedback & diagnostics then Diagnostics and usage data.
- By default it is set to Basic, change it to Enhanced or higher.
- After changing these settings test it again.
