Show delete icon on toolbar

Windows 7....need DELETE icon on toolbar, rather than having to go to ORGANIZE drop down to get it!! HELP!!!

I am in explore, looking through photos and would like the red X icon handy to delete withour having to rigfht click or go to organize and drop down menu. Thanks.

Hmm,

Select view photo's as large thumbnails and if you want to delete a photo hit delete on the keyboard.
