I have installed 64 bits windows 10 and have corsair vengeance ram 8GB motherboard is gigabyte b450m and cpu is amd r5 2600 . I have thoroughly checked the pins of cpu and the socket clean it well with alcohol and brush also i have reseated the cpu also and the fan is evenly fixed to it. I wonder what is the issue now .

There's nothing to worry about. Check the memory size in CPU-Z, if it shows you 8GB of size then you're good to go!!!!

Why does this happen can u explain? And while monitoring the ram isnt exceeding 7.0GB anything about that? Although cpu-z shows 8gb and why the task manager dont show speed of memory?

It could be a reserve either in the BIOS or the Windows. Or it could also be a bug in Windows itself, hard to say. I don't think you should be worrying about the missing 50MB, you won't even barely notice any difference in real world tasks.
Also does CPU-Z show the rated RAM frequency you have in your system?

Can u please explain how this works? I mean cpu z shows less freq then actual always . I am noob in memory thingy
It is meant to show like that. DDR stands for Double Data Rate. Basically this means for every clock, you get 2 cycles. So CPU-Z shows half the speed.

It is not an issue. And you need not have to worry about replacing your RAM under warranty!!!!
