which option is more recommended for casual gaming (nothing competitive, don't really care about footsteps, I play singleplayer games) and content consumption (music, movies, etc.)?
game one is 30$ more expensive then SHP9500 + mic combo

Really does not matter in your case, they are both good options. The Phillips will have a bit brighter high end from comparing my Sennheiser headphones to the SHP9500, the Sennheiser will be smoother overall, more "chill" sound I guess. Tough to explain audio really without you having heard both sets.
