Shred Option on IOBIT Uninstaller?

When I uninstall just a everyday program with iobit should I use the shred option or leave it unchecked? Does it delete it better or is it hard on your hard drive? Nothing on these I am trying to hide, just wondering if it uninstalls better with the shred option.

Do you mean the Shred Files option when do power scan?
Tick it will shred the leftovers when deleting them. Thus these files will be wiped out completely & permanently and cannot be recovered by any recovery tool.
