Shut down as soon as the windows start

recently i bought a new PSU which is XFX TS 430 ( P1-430S-XXB9 ) for my budget PC
after installing the new PSU and turning on my PC
i started hearing this sound

and the pc shut down as soon as the windows starts
so it's clear that the PSU is the problem since i installed my old PSU again and the PC worked fine
but i want to know if it's this unit problem and i should just replace it with another unit or if the model of the PSU itself isn't compitable with my PC and i should buy another PSU model
my PC specs are
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2PT
CPU : Core2Due E8400
GPU : Gainward GTS 450 1GB edition
PSU : XFX TS 430 ( P1-430S-XXB9 )

That psu should work fine with what you have so let them replace it with another one and try again,if that one doesn't work either get another type.
