Shut off while playing D3. Kinda doesn't turn back on?

My computer shut off while I was playing Diablo 3 proceeded to restart itself very quickly but the fans were running at full speed in the graphics card. After looking at the inside everything else is working fine the motherboard is working properly the only thing that isn't it seems to be the video card the fans on it are going full speed but I'm not getting any video however I can hear the computer starting up and throwing errors. Ideas? It's a GTX 760 I got like 3 to 4 years ago

Hi,

Download msi afterburner and check the temperature if it goes over 100 degree, it will shutdown.

The other thing could be your PSU chocking if it is bad quality or damage.

It wasn't overheated but now at this point it's been an hour since it crashed and it is still the same, despite being off for quite awhile. It was fairly Dusty when I last upgraded, was never overclocked

Also the PC is starting, I can see if I attach to onboard graphics.
