Shutdown during install - Now I can\'t install

i was installing Batman arkum asylum and during the installation ma power went out and system shutdown. and now wen i try install it again it shows that it is already installed tried to uninstall but i couldnt so i used ccleaner to uninstall now it is gone from the controll panel but wen i try to install it again but i cannot install it . installation dialogue box "install" icon is disabled... help me

Try deleting the folder it was trying to install in, and running CCleaner (Cleaner and registry)
