(Playing games or editing videos) Are all the power cables correctly connected? Is this happening often? Have you recently changed any hardware settings? And use something good like http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/ Go to Event viewer and check logs for error there. And let as know. Upvote 0 Downvote
