Question Shutdown while rebooting

guys I'm going crazy, I made a build months ago, but I'm having troubles with it, basically when I make the first reboot after the first boot of the day (so after switch on the UPS) while is rebooting it shutdown, so I have to press the power on button. I already disabled the fast boot on windows.... but How I can understand what is the problem? The temps of my ryzen 2400g are good.

MB: ASUS prime b350 plus
RAM: G.Skill 3200 mhz 8 gb Ripjaws IV (the ram has been tested with memtest86 with default speed)
SSD: Crucial MX500 500gb
PSU: Corsair cx450m
