Shutdowns during installation of windows and also during disk check

My laptop Dell inspiron.
Root cause
Installation of updates is interrupted
Tried solutions
Allowing disk check
Cancelling disk check
Changed the reeboot device to CD ROM and installed windows in the same location during which windows shutdown after expanding files and problem continues..


Help me please
I don't want my data in C drive to be lost and I don't have CPU,SATA. but I have external hard disk..

Remove the drive, get a new one, install Windows on that. Use an external enclosure to read your current drive, if it still works to be read. The more you try to use a failing drive, the less chance you have of getting any files out of it.

Once you replace the drive, make sure you keep backups of you data on another drive so you don't have issues like this again\.
