shuting off randomly while in-game

So... Hello! my PC keeps shuting off about 5-10 minutes in-game the fps is stable but it just shuts off my pc is still on but i cant do anything it's just on but unresponsive i tried downloading a program to increase the collers speed it worked for a while then it got hotter started shuting off again then i got a table fan to cool my pc (from the side (i took the side off))
but now its about 30 deggres celcius and it still shuts of on every game so i cant even play!

Is there any sort of message that pops up before shutting down ?

Are you overclocking the cpu? It might be unstable. Either way it's helpful if you provide us with what components you have.
