So, specs:
CPU: Intel i5-6500
Mobo: Gigabyte Z170XP-SLI
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 1x8GB DDR4 2133MHz
PSU: Corsair CX750M
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB

I've been having issues since I built the computer (refer to linked post), with BSODs 15 seconds into Windows 10 with varying error codes, and I decided to run Memtest. I did 4 passes on the Single core test, and it worked out just fine after 4 hours. No errors at all. But now when I run it on Round Robin or Sequential, the computer would just randomly turn off. If I do Parallel, then it would just loop through with "CPU Error: Cannot start CPU 1, 2, 3". I already replaced the motherboard and the RAM, and it is still happening and I'm not sure why. I have a hunch that it could be the CPU, but I don't want to deal with the RMA process and get a new one, only for the issue to persist. Any ideas?

Hi,

Since you've already replaced the Motherboard and RAM which result to the same problem I would say that there's a huge possibility that it's the CPU that is damaged. What's the Power Supply that you're using as well? Have you already tried doing a clean install of the graphics card driver?
