Question Shuttering from 300fps to 14

I have been seeing my game go from 300fps and dropping to 14 I have
Msi rtx 2060 ventus GP OC
Gigabytes x570 gaming x
Amd ryzen 7 3700x
16gb Corsair vengeance rbg pro (2x8)duel channel
Samsung 870 evo
Run a 144hz monitor
I already redownloaded windows 10 64gb and updated every driver and bios. I don’t know what else to do when playing any games my FPS just dips. My gpu and cpu are not over heating. Please help

When running a game without constrain windows task manager will lock up the supporting threads to run the main thread as fast as possible.No matter if you have enough hardware threads, it's how windows works.

How would you recommend me to fix it and thank you for replying.

By locking your FPS to a lower number where the game won't have an issue anymore,you can do this from within the game settings or even from the GPU settings.

I have tried but it still shutters always randomly dropping to 1 or 14 or 34
