Shuttering mouse while gaming with v-sync off

When i'm playing rainbow six siege i have to turn on v-sync at 2 frames. So i'm playing on 30 fps what really annoyes me. When i turn it off it runs smoothly but my mouse movement is shuttering.
Is this a common problem? Maybe i have to upgrade my pc? Can someone please help me?

Sometimes it can happen. But if it runs smoothly with v-sync off, why dont you play with it off?

Because then my mouse keeps shuttering

The game runs smooth untill i move my mouse

Try to remove and reinstal mouse drivers.
