shutting off problems

Hey guys..i recently upgraded my system. My configuration is

Core i5 4460
Corsair vengeance 8Gb(8×1)
Gigabyte H97M-D3H
Sapphire R9 270X with OC boost 2Gb GDDR5
Corsair VS650 650W PSU
Cooler master K380 cabinet
My issue after this upgrade is that my ups turns off with any reason no warning no beeps nothing.
Its 600W APC ups.
What can be the reason. ?

Your rig probably uses more than 600w of power. The UPS' internal fuse is tripping because you're using more power than it can supply.
