All of my peripherals have been shutting off randomly but my pc stays on and the power button doesn’t even work to shut it off. This usually happens about a minute or two after I turn my pc back on.

It worked a little bit until it didn’t
Ur kind in a dead end here.
Mainly because u dont have other pc/laptop to test things on.
The only thing you can is take it to a local pc service, which will cost you money, but they might be able to fix it.
But its kinda strange since there is no way its the peripherals since they all work to a certain point.
U really dont have any other device?
Try taking ur peripherals to a friend and see if they work fine on his/hers pc,if they do,then its ur system and u should take it to a local pc service,if they dont, then its somehow the peripherals that are the problem.

Try using a different device like a laptop or other pc
You just need to download it to a usb from a different pc (since ur freaks out in a minute or 2),then go to bios and update the bios (on your pc thats causing issues )from there update the bios
Most likely, the BIOS is a contributing issue. Most of the time, the default BIOS was a common problem with the displays and HDs I worked with.
