SI202 - temp file

Hello guys
After starting Servinfo2.02 all goes well but after a little while I get an
error message :
" cannot create d:\si202\servinfo.tmp " and the program freezes ( loading
data ............. )..
Any ideas ?? I created one myself but to no avail . I looked for a SI forum
but found none .

Obvious first suggestion is to reboot the computer to see if that sets
things straight. Next would be uninstall then re-install.
