Right, if I pull out the mic to the end then the microphone will not work. It's completely quiet. If I don't pull it out at all, it will still not work. Although, if I pull it halfway, then I can hear myself fine although I would be quiet.
I'm requesting a solution, do I open the headset? What do I do?
