Side fan direction.

I have a back fan and my PSU fan sucking air out. If I get a side fan should it be blowing inwards?

Yes the side fan should be blowing into the case.

Thank you. And the Heatsink fan blow the same direction as the back fan, so it all flows?

Perfect. Keeps cool air coming in the side onto the GPU/s and air flowing nicely over and through the CPU/heatsink and hot air blowing out the back and top.
